Come to Plaza del Carmen n º 1 to the box office in Madrid last minute, and collect your tickets. Hours: Wednesday-Thursday and Sunday from 17h to 20h / Friday and Saturday from 17h to 22h. To collect the tickets at the Last Minute Ticket you present the card with which you made the purchase and the DNI. Should not the card holder must present written authorization and a copy of the card.

Another way of collecting tickets is the same as always, contact your own enclosure in time and purchase ticket for any function. We remind you that you must present the card to purchase your tickets and a valid DNI or Passport to collect the tickets.
