When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using Print at home.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the entradas.com Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Las paradas de Metro más cercanas son Goya (L4 y L2) y O'Donnell (L6). Las líneas 143, 56, 2, 71, 28, 21, 53, 15, 63, 43, 30, 29 y C de la EMT son las más cercanas.

Lo más recomendable para llegar al recinto en coche es utilizar como destino la siguiente dirección en el GPS: Calle Jorge Juan, 99 o Calle Goya, 90.

Debajo del recinto hay un aparcamiento público 24 horas. Cuenta con acceso por la calle Goya y calle Jorge Juan. Además, en la zona hay también varios parking.

In compliance with current regulations, the Movistar Arena has a space reserved for people with reduced mobility. Tickets for this area are sold with the designation ‘Reduced Mobility’ and ‘Reduced Mobility Companion’ and are properly signposted in the venue, as well as with an access free of architectural barriers. In addition, at the entrance, there will be staff who will indicate and accompany these people to their seats in order to facilitate their access.
