What is Entradas.Resale?
Entradas.Resale is the official ticket resale service from entradas.com. If you bought your tickets on entradas.com, you can easily and securely resell them through Entradas.Resale. Resale tickets are listed directly on entradas.com, and we take care of the entire selling process.
Who can resell tickets, and which tickets can be listed for sale?
You need an entradas.com account to buy and sell tickets. As a general rule, only the person who originally purchased the ticket can list it for resale.
Only tickets purchased through the entradas.com website or app and available in your entradas.com account can be resold.
Eligible formats include digital tickets (Entrada.Pass), printable digital tickets (PDF) and physical tickets. Digital tickets can only be listed for resale through the app. Tickets purchased by invoice, with a gift voucher or at a box office cannot be resold, as refunds can only be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase.
How can I list my tickets for sale with Entradas.Resale?
Open “My entradas.com” in the entradas.com app, or log in on entradas.com and go to “My events” under “My entradas.com”. Select the event and the tickets you want to resell, then enter your listing details.
Tickets can only be listed at their original price. You can choose how long your listing remains active, up to 3 hours before the event starts (these conditions may vary depending on the specific terms set by the event organiser). You can list any number of tickets from the same original order.
How can I edit or withdraw my listing?
You can edit or cancel active listings from your entradas.com account, provided the tickets have not yet been sold. Unsold listings will expire automatically at the end of your chosen listing period, and no later than six hours before the event starts.
Expired listings will remain visible in your account, and your tickets will remain valid.
Why can’t I see the Entradas.Resale option in my entradas.com account?
If the Entradas.Resale option is not available in your account, it means that your ticket cannot currently be resold. This may be due to restrictions set by the event organiser, an unsupported ticket type, the feature not yet being enabled or a change to the event.
In some cases, resale is only enabled shortly before the event, so we recommend checking again later.
How long will my listing remain active?
You can choose the listing period when creating your listing. It can remain active until six hours before the event starts (these conditions may vary depending on the specific terms set by the event organiser). Unsold listings will expire automatically at the end of your chosen period.
The listing will remain visible in your account, and your ticket will remain valid, so you can still use it to attend the event.
What fees apply to ticket resale?
When you sell a ticket through Entradas.Resale, a 5% seller fee applies. When you buy a resale ticket, a 15% buyer fee applies.
Is it safe to buy resale tickets?
Only verified original tickets are listed on Entradas.Resale. The entire process—from payment and ticket transfer to paying the seller—takes place on the secure Entradas.Resale platform.
When a ticket is resold through Entradas.Resale, the original owner’s ticket is invalidated. The new owner receives a new ticket with a new access code. Buying through Entradas.Resale is therefore completely secure.
Unlike tickets resold on social media, classified ad platforms or third-party websites, ticket validity is guaranteed.
Where can I find resale tickets?
Resale tickets appear alongside standard tickets on the event page on entradas.com and are clearly marked as resale listings. Depending on the event, they will appear on the seating plan or in a separate selection.
If a resale listing includes multiple tickets, they must currently be purchased together; you cannot buy only some of them.
Can I cancel a purchase made through Entradas.Resale?
No. Once a purchase through Entradas.Resale is complete, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can list your ticket for resale on Entradas.Resale, provided the feature is available for that event.
Can I resell a ticket purchased through Entradas.Resale?
Yes. Tickets purchased through Entradas.Resale can be listed for resale again, provided the feature is available for the event in question.
