Did my order go through?

After completing the purchase process, a confirmation will appear on screen. Also, after a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation via email (to the email account inserted during the purchase process).

If you do not receive any email, a problem might have occurred preventing the email from being sent. Or it could be due to a typo in your email address.

In this case we invite you to log in to your "Account" using the username (email address) and password inserted during the purchase process (login button available at the top right corner of our webpage) and check your order history ("My orders").
