Can I modify or cancel my order?
You must make sure, before processing the purchase, of the accuracy and adequacy of the data entered, since it is not possible to return the tickets purchased once the purchase has been made. Not being able to attend the show or making a mistake when purchasing the tickets are not reasons that allow their return. Tickets can only be canceled due to possible technical or operational incidents, attributable to tickets.com.

Can I change my tickets?

We have a valid exchange service for the majority of our events. The process to follow is very simple. We explain it to you in the next section.

What is it and how can I use the Exchange Service?

First, you must access this page and fill in the form it contains.

If your original purchase is valid for the exchange service, you will see a screen where you can make your new purchase on the date you want. The cost of the service is 1,99€ per ticket.

This purchase must be made through the form for it to be correctly validated. .

On the other hand, if your original purchase is not valid for the exchange service, the system will indicate the reasons why your purchase is not eligible for the service.

What are the requirements for the new purchase?

Before making the new purchase, you must take into account the requirements so that the cancellation of the original purchase is possible, which we detail below:

  • For security reasons, the new purchase will have to be made with the same email address with which the previous purchase was made .
  • This service is only available for date changes made at least three (3) calendar days before the date of the show for which the tickets were purchased.
  • The use of this service will entail a handling charge per ticket of 1,99€. This cost will be indicated during the purchase process and in any case before the end of it.
  • The purchase must be made through the URL that is displayed once the form is completed.
  • This service will be available for purchases made through the tickets.com website, or its telephone service.
  • The change of function will always be for the same number of seats and in the same or higher category regardless of whether the rate associated with the different categories has changed.
  • No discounts will be applied to new tickets if the function does not have discounts enabled that allow it, even if the original tickets had been purchased at a discount.
  • The Exchange Service does not apply to entries obtained through raffles, contests, etc.
  • Other restrictions may apply. The exchange policy may change or be revoked without prior notice.
  • Once the process is completed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email, with all the details of the new tickets, to the email account indicated during the process. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service through this form , providing the details of your purchase, so that they can verify that the purchase has been made successfully.

    Exception

    Keep in mind that in the case of PMR (reduced mobility) seats , the change is managed exclusively through the telephone sales service. Send an email to serviciodecambio@entradas.com indicating your phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible.

    Why was my new purchase canceled instead of my old one?

    This occurs when the new purchase does not meet the requirements detailed in the conditions of use of the Exchange Service . For example, it is not possible to cancel an old purchase if the new purchase is for a lower amount or number of seats, if the new purchase has been made less than 3 days before the function corresponding to the old purchase, if the new purchase is for a different spectacle from the old purchase, etc. In this case, the new purchase will be canceled and the tickets of the old purchase will remain valid. It will not be possible to change those tickets, unless a new purchase is made, this time complying with all the requirements listed.

    Cinema tickets

    In the case of movie tickets, only for those cinemas that have this active service, it is possible to cancel the purchase and receive a voucher for the amount paid if the cancellation occurs more than 60 minutes before the start of the event. If the cinema has this service active, it will appear as indicated in the purchase confirmation.
