Is my event affected by any closure order/curfew/capacity restriction/etc.?
Whenever organizers/promoters inform us about any change in their events, we relay the information as soon as possible to all customers who purchased tickets on entradas.com, by sending them an email (to the email address used for the purchase). In this email we will inform about the options offered by the promoter of the event to know what to do with your tickets. Also, in case the change occurs on the very same day of the event, we will send you a text message if you provided a mobile phone number during the purchase process.
If I paid for the cancellation insurance, can you refund my money?

What if I bought my tickets at the event box office?
In this case, you need to get in touch with the venue staff or the Customer Service of the organizer/promoter of the event (their name is shown on the tickets). Our Customer Service team is unable to manage the tickets bought at a box office in any way.
What if I got in touch with entradas.com Customer Service and they still haven’t reached out to me?
The entradas.com Customer Service is working hard at attending all inquiries as swiftly as possible. Please bear in mind that these extraordinary circumstances are beyond entradas.com control, and it’s possible that it takes longer than usual for them to provide you with an answer, but we guarantee that no inquiry will remain unanswered.
