What is entradas.CheckIn?

This tool has been developed to collect personal contact information of event visitors.

Due to Covid-19 situation, in some regions or cities it is mandatory for event organizers to collect the personal contact information of customers who attend their events, in case public health authorities need to investigate any outbreak.

Thanks to entradas.CheckIn this process is simplified: visitors need to fill in a short form before attending the event, providing their personal contact information. This improves security as it prevents all customers from queueing at the event venue to provide their information.

How do I use entradas.CheckIn?

You can access the tool using the entradas app, from the order confirmation email or through this form: www.entradas.com/checkin

If you inserted the information from the entradas app, you’ll have to scan the QR code displayed at the venue access control. Upon scanning the QR code, a message will appear on-screen confirming that your data has been registered correctly. This is the message you need to show to the venue staff, together with your ticket.

If you filled in the form www.entradas.com/checkin, you will receive a QR code which the venue staff will have to scan, together with your ticket, before accessing the venue. You can show the QR code on your phone or printed.

Can I add the personal contact information of other visitors?

Yes. After registering your own data, click the yellow button “Add another visitor”.

I bought tickets for myself and other visitors. Do I need to insert their information myself?

No, you can simply send them the entradas.CheckIn form so they fill in their own information.

I inserted my personal contact information. Does it mean I’m registered for the event?

No, your data will be forwarded to the organizer at the moment you access the event.

If you inserted the information from the entradas app, you’ll be able to scan the QR code displayed at the event access control and show the confirmation message to the venue staff.

If you inserted the information by filling in the form https://www.entradas.com/staticsite/checkin/, you will receive a QR code that the venue staff will have to scan, together with your ticket, before accessing the venue. You can show the QR code on your phone or printed.

Will my data be processed?

Your data will be forwarded to the event organizer only if public health authorities request it to investigate a Covid-19 outbreak.

The information will be deleted from the record after a given period (defined by public health authorities protocols).

Until when can I provide the information?

It is mandatory to provide the information before the event and have your QR code prepared (on-screen or printed), as well as your tickets, so the venue staff can give you access swiftly. This improves security as it prevents all customers from queueing at the event venue to provide their information. If you keep the QR code on your phone, please remember to adjust your screen display to its maximum brightness to make the scanning easier.

How can I access if I lost my phone or if the screen is damaged?

You can fill in the form from any computer and print the QR code.
