Participation conditions:

1. Users can obtain FanBonus membership simply by signing up for the FanBonus program for free. To be a FanBonus User, you must be a consumer in compliance with the legislation in force at all times. Those users who make massive and systematic purchases of entries through engines or computer media are expressly excluded from the FanBonus program; those users who are linked to ENTRADAS.COM through some collaboration agreement by which they received a commission; Those users with respect to those who have some type of doubt about themselves are real users or not, or about those who have some type of doubt about the use that is having this functionality, in which case they must believe the condition of consumer and user when requested by Engenheiros.com.
   
   
2. For each purchase, FanBonus members receive three percent (3%) of the purchase price* in the form of credit in their FanBonus gift card account.
   
   
3. The credits generated in this way accumulate during the natural year. During the following year, FanBonus members will receive an email with a discount code (including "the code", "the discount code" or the "gift card") for three percent (3%) of the total purchases made during the immediately preceding natural year up to a maximum amount of one hundred percent (100) euros**.
   
   
4. During the following six (6) months after receiving your discount code, FanBonus members can redeem it, only, through the purchase of tickets online*** exclusively through the website www.entradas.com. y/o la APP. The validity period of the code will be reflected in the email sent to FanBonus members which refers to section 3 above of these conditions of participation. After the validity period of the code has passed, the code cannot be redeemed by the user, nor will ENTRADAS.COM refund the funds accumulated therein. The code cannot be redeemed once its validity period has expired, nor will the funds accumulated under it be refunded.
   
   
5. Every 1 of money, the FanBonus account of each registered User will go down to zero; Accumulated credits will not be added to those generated the following year. This is to decide, at the beginning of each natural year, the calculation of the credit for the FanBonus card code starts new.
   
   
6. For each purchase, you can only redeem one FanBonus code. This code cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes of any type.
   
   
7. The discount accumulated on FanBonus cannot be redeemed for money. The code can be used multiple times for different purchases until the available credit runs out or its validity period expires.
   
   
8. If a member of FanBonus redeems the FanBonus gift card code by purchasing a ticket that is later cancelled, and whenever there is a cancellation if it is possible to comply with the General Conditions of Use and Contract of ENTRADAS.COM or the payment or transaction is not completed, the amount will be reinstated on the gift card maintaining it same validity period as you had previously.
   
   
9. Only purchases made and paid within the calendar year will be included in the credit calculation of the FanBonus card code. Purchase orders that, for any reason, are paid in the following year, will be maintained in the account for the year in which the payment is actually made.
   
   
10. The FanBonus gift card code is not transferable to other users or other FanBonus members, and can only be used individually by the FanBonus member holding the code.
    
    
11. ENTRADAS.COM reserves the right to cancel or change the general conditions of the FanBonus promotion at your discretion and without prior notice at any time. In the event of cancellation by ENTRADAS.COM of the general conditions for participation in FanBonus, a FanBonus gift card with a discount code will be sent to FanBonus users at the time of cancellation, a FanBonus gift card with a discount code for the value of the amounts accumulated in their accounts until the moment of cancellation of the promotion, complying with the terms and conditions of the promotion until it closes.
    
    
12. In case of abuse or violation of the conditions of participation in the Fanbonus program, ENTRADAS.COM can cancel the FanBonus account at its discretion at any time, as well as the FanBonus gift card still not redeemed in its entirety.
    
    
13. ENTRADAS.COM will have the right to be compensated for the amounts used by a FanBonus member in breach or abuse of these conditions.
    
    

* The purchase price includes the full entry price paid by the User, including management and shipping costs, if incurred. The amounts corresponding to entries canceled will not be included. The purchase of movie tickets or football and basketball parties is excluded from the FanBonus promotion.

** The natural year is understood from the 1st of January to the 31st of December.

*** The FanBonus gift card cannot be changed when purchasing by phone or at a physical point of sale.
