What is the cancellation insurance?
In addition, the cancellation is covered in the event that the insured or a family member is diagnosed with COVID-19 positive by PCR (including asymptomatic patients), during the 14 days prior to the event. The coverage would also be included if, as a consequence of COVID-19, the insured or a family member were hospitalized or had to stay in bed within the 7 days prior to the event.
The insurance company responsible for cancellation insurance is ERGO Seguros de Viaje. ENTRADAS EVENTIM S.A.U. is limited to the distribution of the said insurance product through entradas.com.
You will be able to buy the cancellation insurance before finalizing the purchase of your tickets, and if you do so, you will receive an email from the insurer within the next 48 hours with your policy number and the necessary instructions to contact them in case of need.
If you have not received the email from the insurer or you cannot find it, contact the insurer by email at dpto.comercial@ergo-segurosdeviaje.es.
