Joint Controller:

ENTRADAS.COM may sometimes be co-controller for the processing together with the promoter / organizer of the event. You will be informed of the identity of the two Controllers during the ticket purchase process, as well as the Privacy Policy of the Organizer concerned.

Data:

What data do we process?: For the management of web services, we process identification data (name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number and IP Adress), payment method information and the history of purchases made. The data we request as mandatory are to be able to give you the service you request at any time and to perform the contract, or to comply with legal obligations. Otherwise, the contract could not be performed or signed, or ENTRADAS.COM would not be able to meet its legal obligations.
All fields requested in the forms are mandatory. Optional fields are marked as such. For example, date of birth is marked as optional. The telephone number is marked as optional in the user's register and as mandatory in the event of purchase, as in the latter case it is necessary for matters related to ENTRADAS.COM services or the event, including sending informative notifications about the service or the event.

During the ticket fpurchase process, bear in mind that if you change your phone number or postal address, these details will be changed automatically in your user profile.

In events where tickets are named due to the developer's requirements, you must provide us with the necessary information to allocate them. We will always try to advise you before purchase.
For events that require data collection from children under 14, we understand that the person who provides them is the holder of the parental authority or legal guardian, directly responsible for providing the information and consent for and on behalf of the aforementioned minor, and also with the authorisation of the other holder.
We also use cookies and similar technologies that give us information on the connection, use and browsing data from your device, browser or protocol, as detailed in the Cookies section.

Purpose(s):

For what purpose do we process your data?: It will depend on when you provide them, but here goes all the information:

When do you provide us with your data? For what purpose are we going to use them? With which legal base? How long do we have them for?
Registration and creation of a customer account. We process your personal data to enable you to create and use your customer account and to purchase tickets and afterwards inform you about our products and services. You can also create lists of your favourite artists, venues and events, bookmark them and receive information about them. You can participate in exclusive pre-sales and ticket sales registration, subscribe to newsletters and take advantage of other benefits relating to your ticket purchase. The registration and use of the customer account requires the provision of personal data. Mandatory fields are marked accordingly in the input mask. So-called session cookies are used for the technical realization of the login. Besides, you have the option to select a “persistent” login for the device you are using. In this case, you will not be asked for your password for a period of up to 6 months. This allows you to complete your ticket purchase faster and more conveniently, as well as to use other functions and advantages faster. To enable this login, cookies are set on your end device. For some functions, such as downloading tickets, additional authentication via your password, is still required. To make it easier for you to create a customer account and log in later, we offer you the option of registering or logging in using a single sign-on procedure (SSO). This involves authenticating yourself with your login details at the selected provider (e.g. Apple or Facebook). After clicking on the button for the relevant provider, you will be redirected to their login page and, depending on the settings you have made with that provider, we will receive the selected profile data (e.g. name, email address and, potentially, delivery address and date of birth) to create a customer account or link an existing one. The use of SSO is voluntary and allows you to log in directly through your chosen provider in the future without having to register again. You can revoke your consent at any time by deleting the corresponding link in your customer account or directly in the settings of your chosen provider. The legality of the processing prior to revocation will not be affected. ENTRADAS.COM shall not be responsible for the data processing carried out by the chosen provider for user authentication. Consent of the data subject for: (i) registration and account creation, (ii) and, where applicable, for maintaining an active session on a persistent basis and (iii) SSO registration or login. (Art. 6.1.a). Legitimate interest in verifying the user's identity (Art.6.1.f). We periodically review and update this information and delete that of users who have not accessed their account in the last 24 months (at most).
In the purchase process. Full management of the whole ticket sales process, including:(i) sending information of the incidents of the event; (ii) welcome email; (iii) if your purchase process is not completed, we will also inform you of this so that you are not left without tickets; (iv) We will use your email to send you commercial communications by electronic means, but before the end of the purchase process you will have the option to tell us that you do not want to receive them; (v) likewise, if you so request, such communications will be tailored to your interests, for which we will generate a commercial profile allowing us to know more about your interests. We thus only send you information about what we believe could genuinely be of interest to you; (vi) preventing possible fraud against you or against ENTRADAS.COM during the purchase process. Fraud or cyber-attacks prevention will be carried out on the basis of objective criteria allowing for the inference of certain situations or behaviours constituting fraud or IT security breach. Under no circumstances will the conclusions reached involve the evaluation of behaviours, lifestyles, habits and customs, etc., and no conclusions will therefore be drawn in this regard; (vii) When you purchase merchandise through our websites and choose either "purchase on account" or "hire purchase" payment methods, BillPay or Klarna use tools to identify potential fraud. A corresponding check only takes place if you give your consent (opt-in). If the check is negative, the payment methods "purchase on account" or "hire purchase" are rejected. However, all other payment methods listed in the merchandise shop are still available to you. When using the tools, it is possible to draw conclusions about your person; (viii) billing; (ix) experiential emails to buyers with recommendations prior to the event; (x) When you buy a ticket on our websites, you may be redirected to a virtual queue in situations with particularly high visitor numbers. This is to ensure that we do not overload our websites. In order to to determine your place in the queue and to enable you to buy tickets at the right time, your IP address and possibly browser data are processed by Queue-it ApS. The access to the virtual queue is sometimes restricted, so that you can only enter it if you have already registered in advance for the on-sale with your e-mail address. In individual cases, we register you for the virtual queue on behalf of our partners, who share your e-mail address for this purpose with us and in their own. To gain access, you must enter the previously registered e-mail address in the virtual waiting room and will then receive a one-time code by e-mail. The virtual queue can only be entered once this code has been entered correctly in the virtual waiting room; (xi) If you choose to have your tickets sent by post, we will help you avoid input errors and ensure successful delivery through address suggestions and validation. For this purpose, we use the Loqate service provided by our partner GB Group Plc and process your IP address and the address data you have entered. Depending on which section of the purchase process you are at: (i) send information on the incidents of the event: contractual performance (Art. 6.1.b); (ii) welcome email: contractual performance (Art. 6.1.b) GRDP); (iii)if your purchase process is not completed, we will also inform you of this so that you are not left without tickets: legitimate interest in helping you complete the purchase (Art. 6.1.f) GRDP); (iv) send commercial communications by electronic means: legitimate interest in sending commercial communications while enabling the option of opposing and configuring the customer area in this sense (Art.6.1.f) GRPD); (v) profiling: express consent (Art. 6.1.a) GRPD) (vi) & (vii) preventing fraudand cyber-attacks: legitimate interests in guaranteeing the correct commercialization of the events, avoiding damages for our users and for Entradas.com. Promotional contests When you decide to voluntarily participate in a contest organised by ENTRADAS.COM, we will use your data to manage all phases of the contest, award delivery and other communication, information and promotion activities related to the relevant contest , in accordance with the specific terms and conditions set out in the Legal Bases that shall be disclosed for each competition and submitted to your acceptance. Your participation in contestss is entirely voluntary. If you do not wish to enter a contest, your relationship either as registered user or purchaser of ENTRADAS.COM will not be affected. Compliance with a legal obligation (in the event that you have won an award, and we need to communicate your data to the Spanish Tax Authorities (Art. 6.1.c) GRPD). Connection, use and browsing (cookies) When you visit our websites as well as part of marketing measures on third-party websites and in social network, we use information regarding the connection, use and browsing made from your device, browser or protocol, where applicable. Such information is collected by Cookies or similar technologies to the following purposes:(i) technical purposes(ii) functional purposes(iii) marketing purposes. Such information does not permit the individual identification of users and it is not linked to their personal data. Therefore, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person. However, certain information related to the type of browser or IP Address could be recorded in our systems and that’s why we ask for your acceptance for the installation of Cookies (see further information in the “Cookies” section). The legal basis for the processing of this information is the user's consent, except for technical cookies based on the execution of a contract. Legitimation:
The legal basis for processing your data varies depending on when we collect your personal data, the information is available in the table placed above.

Recipients:

  • The identification data of the buyers may be provided to the promoter / organiser of the event, in order to manage the sale of the tickets and issues strictly related to the performance of the event due to the fact that the ultimate purpose of the ticket purchase is the enjoyment of the event (including but not limited to managing the access control to the venue, solving incidents, relocating seats, cancellation of events).
  • In the event that the ORGANISER of the event, or the PREMISES where the EVENT is held, are interested in being able to obtain the data of the buyers for marketing purposes, the consent for the purchase process will be clearly requested in the purchase process for said communication.
    Only in cases where the buyer consents, their data may be communicated to the event sponsor/organiser so that they can send general or personalized marketing communications, including electronically (email and telephone), about other events, products and/or services specific to the sponsor/organiser.
    In any case, at the time when consent is requested, the recipient of such communication will be clearly identified, providing its corporate name, registered office and a link to its privacy policy.
  • Upon request of the promoter/organizer of the event, it may be necessary to provide identifying data for the compliance of a legal obligation, for instance, when it is mandatory to issue an invoice in favour of the user in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  • If you access your account through your FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM social network accounts, you must know that the data controller of that social network is operator of said social network is the company Meta Platforms Ireland Limited with headquarters at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you access through these social networks or you click on the "Like" button, the user's browser will connect with the Meta servers and the social networks will receive the information of the user's access website, date and time of access, IP address of the user and may retain information about such access in the user's accounts.. In any case ENTRADAS.COM has no influence on the plug-ins that collect such information, it being in such a case necessary to access to said information through the Privacy Policy of said social networks.

  • ENTRADAS.COM may be sometimes requested to provide the competent authorities with information related to transactions, purchases and users. Third. Cookies policy. Data treatment for analysis purposes and commercial purposes.

This website of ENTRADAS.COM uses own and third-party cookies to personalize the content, improve the website functionality, analyze your browsing and show you advertisements related to your preferences. We also share information on the use of the website with our advertising partners.
We also conduct marketing campaigns using tags (pixels) and cookies from our retargeting providers. When you visit our websites, pixels and cookies associated with the content you have accessed are placed. This allows us to document whether you have accessed our website through our advertising campaigns and whether you have registered. To provide these services to you, we use content that we link to from these third parties on our websites. To display this content, the third-party content providers process your IP address and transmit it to their servers, which may be located in the U.S. If this is the case, this data transfer takes place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses that ensure adequate protection of your personal data.

In any case, this information does not allow us to identify the user by name and is not linked to your personal data, so it is not possible to draw conclusions about the person. However, it may be recorded in our systems regarding the type of browser or IP address and therefore your acceptance is requested for the installation of cookies.

The legal basis for the processing of the information indicated in the preceding paragraphs is the consent of the user as provided for in Article 6.1.a) of the RGPD, except for technical cookies based on the execution of a contract in accordance with Article 6.1.b) of the RGPD.

Besides, we use Optimizely Web Experimentation (Optimizely) on our website to increase the attractiveness and optimise the content and functionality of our website.
